[体内研究]

Ryanodine(100-5000 nM,30-120分钟)以剂量相关的方式不可逆地抑制快肌和慢肌的抽搐和强直张力[1]。在浓度高于250 nM时,兰尼碱诱导缓慢发展的剂量依赖性挛缩,不能被5 mMCo2 +阻断[1]。
