甲基百里香酚蓝制备

1.将亚氨二乙酸钠和冰醋酸共热至50℃，使之溶解变为乳状，冷却至15℃，搅拌下依次加入百里香酚蓝和
37%的甲醛，放置过夜，再于15℃下补加37%的甲醛，搅拌5min后于50～55℃保温5h，然后将过滤后的滤液加到无水乙醇中，所得粗品加到饱和醋酸钠溶液中，再加少量氢氧化钠溶液，于50℃加热溶解，慢慢加入乙醇，静置至结晶完全。结晶依次用乙醇和乙醚洗涤，并于50℃以下干燥，将干燥好的半成品再重复操作一次即为成品。过程反应为：
