N-(2-dimethylamino-ethyl)-stearamide制备

将1-（-2-羟乙基）-2-十一烷基-2-咪唑啉加入反应釜中，加NaOH水溶液，在80 ℃下搅拌0.1 h，再加入氯乙酸、三乙醇胺，在70～80 ℃下反应4 h，得N-月桂酰基-N'-(2-羟乙基）-N'-羟甲基乙二胺三乙醇胺盐。
