一水合氢氧化钡制备

脱水法由含钡原料(重晶石或毒重石)制得的八水氢氧化钡在真空度73.3～93.3kPa，温度70—90℃的真空加热条件下进行脱水，脱水时间为60～90mim，得到一水氢氧化钡。
重结晶法以毒重石为原料与煤粉混合，经1350℃以上高温煅烧，煅烧好的熟料放人提取槽中，在80～90℃搅拌下用水浸取，浸取30 mim后，加人少量氧化锌脱硫，再将提出液过滤、蒸发、浓缩、冷却至常温，得到的八水氢氧化钡结晶再经重结晶、分离，得到颗粒状一水氢氧化钡。
