甲基硫菌灵制备
1.氯甲酸甲酯的制备:甲醇与光气于5~15℃合成氯甲酸甲酯,由于光气遇水易分解,因此要注意干燥,温度过高易生成副产物碳酸二甲酯。
2.异硫氰基甲酸甲酯的制备:以丙酮为溶剂,氯甲酸甲酯与硫氰化钠作用制得。要控制好反应温度,若温度过高,异硫氰酸酯易分解,温度较低不易发生异构化,一般以45~59℃为宜。注意在滴加氯甲酸甲酯时,温度过高,极易暴沸溢出,以38℃为宜。
3.甲基硫菌灵的合成 邻苯二胺与异硫氰基甲酸甲酯于15~40℃加成制得甲基硫菌灵。严格控制原料配比为1:2。
