缩节胺用途

【用途一】
用作植物生长调节剂,能增强叶绿素合成,抑制主茎和果枝伸长
【用途二】
用作植物生长调节剂,能促进植物发育、提前开花、防止脱落、增加产量
【用途三】
植物生长抑制剂,能抑制植物细胞和节间伸长。对棉花、小麦、番茄、葡萄活性较高。能控制棉花生长,对棉株高度、果枝长度有明显抑制作用,并使株型紧叛乱,封行退迟,减少中下部棉桃脱落。对生长旺盛的棉花,在盛蕾至始花时,用甲哌鎓0.75g/100m2,对水11.3~15kg喷雾,持效期达25d,一般可增产10%~20%。番茄在移苗前和初花期2次用100mg/L甲哌鎓喷洒,用药液6kg/100m2,能有效控制腋芽,增加前期花量,促进早期坐果,减少落花落果,增产20%以上。苹果用25~150mg/L药液喷洒叶面,可增加钙离子,使果核变小。柑橘用25~100mg/L药液喷洒后,可使果实早熟,果肉增多。用于观赏植物可抑制植株徒长,使植株坚实,抗倒伏和改进色泽。
【用途四】
助状素是新型植物生长调节剂,可用于多种作物,发挥多种功效。在棉花上使用较广,可有效地防止棉花疯长,控制株型紧凑,减少落铃,促进成熟,使棉花增产。此外,助壮素用于冬小麦可防止倒伏;用于苹果可增加钙离子吸收,减少苦陷病;用于柑桔可增加糖度;助壮素是70年代开发的植物生长调节剂中受人注目的品种。

由吡啶在铝镍合金催化剂下,高压加氢制成六氢吡啶(哌啶),再与甲醛、甲酸反应得到N-甲基哌啶,进一步与氯甲烷加压盐化而制得助状素。按 GB 9555-88,助状素原药为白色或微黄色晶体,有效成份含量优级品≥98.0%,一级品≥96.0%。助状素加工成25g/L超低容量剂型或加工成42g/L、50g/L、460g/L的水剂。原料消耗定额:哌啶(折100%)550kg/t、氯甲烷(折100%)760kg/t。
