二氨基荧光素-FM用途

DAF-FM是一种高灵敏度、光稳定的荧光探针，可用于检测一氧化氮（NO）。DAF-2为初始化合物并且被广泛使用，但DAF-FM与DAF-2相比，对一氧化氮（NO）更敏感。DAF-FM比DAF-2具有更强的光稳定性以及更低的pH敏感性。DAF-FM不像二乙酸酯衍生物那样具有细胞渗透性，但它不需要被细胞溶质酶激活。
