二氨基荧光素-FM用途

DAF-FM是一种高灵敏度、光稳定的荧光探针,可用于检测一氧化氮(NO)。DAF-2为初始化合物并且被广泛使用,但DAF-FM与DAF-2相比,对一氧化氮(NO)更敏感。DAF-FM比DAF-2具有更强的光稳定性以及更低的pH敏感性。DAF-FM不像二乙酸酯衍生物那样具有细胞渗透性,但它不需要被细胞溶质酶激活。
