在 NAD+ 的生物合成中,Nicotinic acid mononucleotide (NAMN) 通过烟酸磷酸核糖基转移酶由烟酸 (NA) 形成。Nicotinate mononucleotide 是 nicotinamide mononucleotide/nicotinic acid mononucleotide 腺苷酰转移酶的底物。
