1.将事先过滤好的硫代乙醇酸冷却至5℃，边搅拌边慢慢加入温度为5℃以下的40%的氢氧化钠溶液，当温度达35℃时，开始有硫化氢气体逸出，当溶液呈粉色并析出稳定结晶时，停止加入氢氧化钠：

冷却至室温，过滤，结晶用乙醇浸泡，然后洗至无色，于80℃以下干燥即为成品。
