DSP-4 hydrochloride (Neurotoxin DSP 4 hydrochloride) 是一种高选择性的神经毒素,容易通过血脑屏障,对成年和发育中大鼠去甲肾上腺素能神经元具有神经毒性作用,可用于中枢和外周去甲肾上腺素能神经元的暂时选择性降解,主要是来自蓝斑 (LC) 的神经元。
