[体外研究]

BTO-1(50μM；4小时；U20S细胞)在相当比例的有丝分裂细胞中产生单极纺锤体。BTO-1(20μM；1小时；PTK细胞)显示磷酸化Cdc25C的剂量依赖性减少。BTO-1(25μM；1小时；PTK细胞)与对照细胞相比,H3磷酸化降低约20%。HeLa细胞中的BTO-1导致Rho和Rho-GEF募集受阻,这对于组装功能性收缩环至关重要[1][2]。
