[体外研究]

盐酸喹吖啶芥子(5µg/ml)可用于植物、动物或人类染色体的DNA菌株[1]。盐酸喹吖啶芥末(28µM)增加了细菌暴露后出现的突变物的数量[2]。盐酸喹吖啶芥(0.2µM；4h)诱导HL-60细胞G2+M期细胞周期停滞[3]。咖啡因(5 mM)可防止盐酸奎那克林芥末(0.2µM；4h)对HL-60细胞的细胞毒性作用[3]。细胞周期分析[3]细胞株：HL-60细胞浓度：0.2µM孵育时间：4小时结果：诱导细胞周期停滞在G2+M期,细胞在此间隔内聚集50%。
