尿苷-5′-二磷酸葡糖醛酸铵盐用途

尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸(UDP-GlcA)铵是UDP-葡萄糖脱氢酶催化活性形成的辅因子。尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸(铵)是糖核苷酸生物合成的中心前体,是分别释放UDP半乳糖醛酸(UDP GalA)和UDP戊糖产物的C4差向异构酶和脱羧酶的共同底物。尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸(铵)作为葡萄糖醛酸供体,可用于研究胆红素在内质直肠中的结合[1]。
