多巴胺

多巴胺用途

用于各种类型休克，包括中毒性休克丶心源性休克、出血性休克、中枢性休克、特别对伴有肾功能不全、心排出量降低、周围血管阻力较低并且已补足血容量的病人更有意义。DARPP-32基因有三种变体：TT TC CC,这些变体决定大脑中多巴胺的水平。

多巴胺作用

本品为体内合成肾上腺素的前体，具有激动β受体作用，也有一定的α受体激动作用。能增强心肌收缩力，增加心排血量，加快心率作用较轻微，对周围血管有轻度收缩作用，升高动脉压，对内脏血管(肾、肠系膜、冠状动脉)则使之扩张，增加血流量，使肾血流量及肾小球滤过均增加，从而使尿量及钠排泄量增多。
