磷酸三甲酯制备

1.三氯氧磷与甲醇在碳酸钾存在下反应生成磷酸三甲酯。同时反应生成磷酸二甲酯钾盐,则用硫酸二甲酯反应生成磷酸三甲酯。磷酸三甲酯粗产品经水洗、脱色、脱水、减压蒸馏得成品。原料消耗定额:三氯氧磷1094kg/t、甲醇686kg/t。

2.将甲醇和碳酸钾加入反应锅,冷至5℃,开始滴加三氯氧磷,温度控制在30℃以下,2h滴加完后,再搅拌0.5h,pH值控制在7~8;然后加入硫酸二甲酯,回流3h后回收甲醇,再将锅内物料冷却到20℃以下,加入四氯化碳过滤,滤饼用少量四氯化碳洗涤,洗液与滤液合并,回收四氯化碳,减压蒸馏得粗品。将粗品加蒸馏水和活性炭,滤清后加无水碳酸钾脱水,最后减压蒸馏即得产品。主反应如下:
