去氢麦角甾醇用途

脱氢麦角甾醇是胆固醇的天然荧光类似物(ex/em=324/375 nm),模拟细胞膜中胆固醇的财产。[1] 它很容易与胆固醇结合蛋白结合,并已被用于实时探测固醇环境和阐明生物体内固醇的细胞内转运。[1] 参考文献：[1]。McIntosh,AL,Atshaws,BP,Huang,H.等人利用脱氢麦角甾醇研究胆固醇转运的荧光技术。脂质43(12),1185-1208(2008)。
