[体外研究]

(±)-α-生育酚烟酸盐通过降低红细胞膜的脂质过氧化应激,改善血液流变学和红细胞变形能力,有助于减缓2型糖尿病患者微血管病变的进展[1]。(±)-α-生育酚烟酸盐(维生素E)(2μg/mL,24小时)通过预处理胸腺上皮细胞系IT45-R1,然后与未成熟T细胞孵育,增加胸腺细胞中CD4+CD8-T细胞的比例[2]。

[体内研究]

(±)-α-生育酚烟酸盐(维生素E)(在动物饲料中,50 mg/kg或585 mg/kg,7周)显著增加了雄性Fisher大鼠在高剂量浓度585 mg/kg[2]下分离的胸腺上皮细胞(TECs)中CD4+CD8-T细胞的比例和ICAM-1的表达。
