醛固酮生物活性

Aldosterone 是原发性盐皮质激素。Aldosterone 是一种类固醇激素,通过肾上腺皮质的肾小球区 (ZG) 对肾素-血管紧张素系统激活 (RAS) 或高钾饮食反应而合成和分泌。Aldosterone 活性在细胞水平上依赖于胞浆/核盐皮质激素受体 (MR) 的结合和激活。

[体外研究]

醛固酮(1-1000nm；24小时)以剂量依赖的方式抑制白细胞介素-1β刺激的血管平滑肌细胞产生亚硝酸盐[3]。

[体内研究]

醛固酮(1 mg/Kg+1%NaCl；i.h.；每日1次,持续3周)显著升高收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、左室收缩压(LVSP)和左室舒张末压(LVEDP)[4]。醛固酮(0.72 mg/kg/天；14天)使雄性小鼠血压略微升高(14 mmHg)[5]。动物模型：40只雄性Wistar大鼠[4]剂量：1 mg/Kg(+1%NaCl)给药：i.h；每日1次,连续3周。结果：醛固酮盐组大鼠收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、左室收缩压(LVSP)和左室舒张末压(LVEDP)明显升高。
