2-氯苯乙酮制备
1.由苯乙酮氯化而得:将苯乙酮加入反应锅,通入氯气,在60-70℃下反应,通氯后升温至80℃,减压蒸去低沸物。冷至5℃以下,静置48h,析出结晶。过滤得氯代苯乙酮。收率70%。
2.由氯乙酰氯与苯反应:将二氯亚砜加入氯乙酸中,搅拌回流3h,蒸馏出粗品,将其与二硫化碳混合,慢慢加入苯、无水三氯化铝和二硫化碳的混合液中,温度不超过50℃,一般保持在30℃以下,加完后加热回流3h,静置,倒入冰水及稀盐酸溶液,过滤吹干,用稀乙醇重结晶两次,所得产物减压蒸馏即得成品。
