二盐酸肼制备
1.将硫酸肼与氯化钡反应,即可制得二盐酸合肼。将50g N2H4·H2SO4溶解在150mL水中,把溶液加热至沸腾。将93.9g BaCl2·2H2O溶解在150mL水中并加热。将此热溶液在搅拌下加到N2H4·H2SO4溶液中,析出BaSO4沉淀。把有沉淀的溶液煮沸数分钟后降温至30~40℃。待溶液澄清后,检验沉淀是否完全。液体试样中加BaCl2溶液如出现沉淀,则将反应液加热,并逐滴添加BaCl2溶液直至不再有沉淀生成。如果溶液中有Ba2+(用H2SO4检验)则添加几滴稀H2SO4使其完全沉淀。然后将溶液过滤,用水洗涤沉淀。将所得滤液与洗液合并在水浴上蒸发至开始形成结晶时进行冷却,析出的N2H4·2HCl结晶在布氏漏斗上抽滤,然后放在装有CaCl2的干燥器中干燥。产量35g(产率86%)若蒸发母液还可得到一部分产品。
2.在60℃以下,不断搅拌,缓缓向160g水合肼中加入盐酸(d=1.19)直到刚果红呈酸性为止。酸用量约320mL。再向溶液中加入等量盐酸,在20℃静置8h。析出的结晶用布氏漏斗抽滤,用冷水洗涤3次,每次50mL。最后,在不超过40℃下干燥。产量180g(产率52%)。
3.往水合肼中加入盐酸使成盐,控制温度不超过60℃。
所得结晶再用水重结晶精制即可
