[体外研究]

肾上腺素红降低微粒体钙结合、钙摄取和钙刺激的Mg2+依赖性ATP酶活性。肾上腺色素对离体膜微粒体钙摄取活性的抑制作用与pH(6.0-8.0)、钙浓度(10-200μM)、蛋白质浓度(0.02-0.10 mg/mL)、温度(25-37℃)和培养时间(2-30 min)无关[2]。

[体内研究]

在离体大鼠心脏中,浓度为1至1000 ng/mL的肾上腺素红以剂量和时间依赖性方式增加冠状动脉压力。此外,肾上腺素红的收缩程度取决于灌注介质中的CaCl2浓度[1]。
