1.将二甲基二氯硅烷滴加入水中，温度维持在30-40℃，分层，放去酸水，油状物用氢氧化钠溶液水解，将水解物和0.5%-2%氢氧化钾加入裂解釜内，于120-140℃、99.8kPa真空度下进行裂解。裂解物进行分馏，收集173-176℃馏分而得八甲基环四氧硅烷。
