环戊二烯用氯气氯化,在40-60℃得到四氯环戊烷,进一步加热、通氯,得到多氯环戊烷,将其在汽化釜中气化后与氯气在500-560℃氯解得到六氯环戊二烯。六氯环戊二烯在55℃左右与环戊二烯反应生成氯啶,然后在80℃左右通氯,就得到氯丹。
