2-甲基-2-戊醇制备

1.制法：

于装有搅拌器、温度计、回流冷凝器(装一只氯化钙干燥管)、滴液漏斗的干燥的反应瓶中，加入镁屑49g(2.0mol)，少量结晶碘，100mL用金属钠干燥的乙醚。另外将碘甲烷284g(2.0mol)与300mL乙醚混合，置于滴液漏斗中。先滴加15mL，几分钟后反应开始，若反应不进行可适当加热。反应开始后撤去热源，滴加碘甲烷乙醚溶液，控制反应处于回流状态。若反应过于剧烈，可适当冷却。加完后继续搅拌反应，直至镁基本反应完为止，生成碘化甲基镁。冷却，剧烈搅拌，慢慢滴加丁酸乙酯(2)116g(1.0mol)溶于100mL乙醚配成的溶液。加完后继续回流反应1h。冷却，慢慢倒入由200mL(2mol/L)的硫酸与750g碎冰的混合物种，分出上层乙醚溶液，水层用乙醚提取(150mL×2)。合并乙醚层，10%的碳酸氢钠溶液洗涤，水洗后无水碳酸钾干燥。水浴蒸出乙醚，而后分馏，收集117～120℃的馏分，得2-甲基-2-戊醇(1)约90g，收率88%。
