间氨基苯酚制备
1.以间氨基苯磺酸为原料，经碱熔、酸化而得。将间氨基苯磺酸用水搅拌成浆状，加热至60℃，滴加烧碱溶液，使pH为7-8，过滤得间氨基苯磺酸钠盐溶液。在碱熔锅内投入固碱或液碱，加热熔化或蒸浓，在275℃逐步加入间氨基苯磺酸钠盐溶液。加毕，继续保持275℃反应75min。将物料稀释于亚硫酸钠洗液中，过滤分离亚硫酸钠。分离亚硫酸钠后的间氨基苯酚钠溶液在50℃以下加入31%盐酸至中性。降温到35℃，析出粗间氨基酚，过滤，将滤饼加入蒸馏锅，真空蒸馏，馏出的精制间氨基苯酚经制片机得片状产品。收率60%。工业品间氨基苯酚为白色结晶，熔点119-123℃，含量≥98%。
2.将间氨基苯磺酸用水搅拌成浆状，加热至60℃，滴加烧碱溶液(pH=7～8)，过滤得间氨基苯磺酸盐，将该盐溶液慢慢加到浓烧碱水溶液中，于270℃反应至Na2SO3不再生成为止，加水稀释过滤，分去Na2SO3残渣，然后过热水稀释碱溶液，稀释温度保持在100～110℃进行热过滤，滤液用30％工业盐酸酸化，温度不高于90℃，酸化终点pH=7～8，酸化后降温至20℃以下，静置，结晶，过滤，再经真空蒸馏即得成品。
3.间苯二胺法 经部分水解制得。向高压釜中加入间苯二胺20.0g、氯化氢13.5g，（氯化氢：间苯二胺=2.0），在170℃下反应40h，间氨基苯酚收率75%。
4.间苯二酚氨化法 向带有搅拌器得100ml不锈钢高压釜中加入间苯二酚5.0g（0.045mol）、20%氨水20g、Fe3(PO4)2·8H2O(0.04mol)和(NH4)3PO3·3H2O 7.6g(0.037mol)，用氮气置换后，在230℃下反应2h、冷却，取出反应物，减压下浓缩至干，然后用乙醚抽提。间苯二酚转化率78%，间氨基苯酚选择性100%（摩尔）。
