是染料工业的最重要的中间体之一,也是医药、橡胶促进剂、防老剂的主要原料,还可制香料、清漆和炸药等

苯胺是生产农药的重要原料,由苯胺可衍生N-烷基苯胺、烷基苯胺、邻硝基苯胺、邻苯二胺、苯肼、环己胺等,可作为杀菌剂敌锈钠、拌种灵、甲基灭菌胺、灭菌胺、多菌灵、嘧菌灵、苯菌灵,杀虫剂三唑磷、哒嗪硫磷、喹硫磷,除草剂甲草胺、乙草胺、丁草胺、环嗪酮、咪唑喹啉酸等的中间体。
【用途四】

苯胺制备

1.老工艺生产是铁粉还原法:硝基苯用铁粉还原,反应液经中和、洗涤、蒸馏得到成品。

2.硝基苯加氢还原法:硝基苯在铜催化剂存在下,在流化床反应器中进行气相加氢还原,反应产物经冷凝、减压蒸馏得到产品。

3.硝基苯催化加氢法:通常采用的催化剂为Cu-SiO2,该催化剂选择性好,能顺利地将硝基苯还原成苯胺,不易产生苯核上加氢。反应是在流化床反应器内进行,氢气经纯化处理后,由加热器加热到350~400℃,再进入蒸发器,同时硝基苯由高位槽进入蒸发器,与热氢气接触气化,并过热至180~223℃,混合气体从流化床底部进入,与装于流化床内的载于硅胶上的铜催化剂接触反应,生成的粗苯胺与水蒸气由床顶排出。粗苯胺经冷凝器冷却,分离,再经精馏得成品苯胺。现在苯胺的生产已实现了连续化,还原反应在常压沸腾回流条件下进行,实现了小设备大生产。精制方法:苯胺按照制备方法不同可能含有硝基苯、甲苯胺、苯、硫化物等杂质。如果苯胺溶于稀盐酸后得到无色透明的液体,则一般不含有烃类和硝基苯。精制时,将苯胺溶解于稀盐酸或稀硫酸中,如果有不溶物,则用水蒸气蒸馏除去,在残留液中加入氢氧化钠使成碱性,再次进行水蒸气蒸馏可得苯胺。将蒸出的苯胺用固体氢氧化钠干燥,加入锌粉煮沸回流后进行蒸馏。再用固体氢氧化钠干燥,然后在氮气流下减压蒸馏可得高纯度产品。也可以将苯胺转变成它的衍生物,如苯胺盐酸盐、乙酰替苯胺后,再重结晶精制。

4.将硝基苯、氯化亚铁溶液(或氯化铵溶液)以及碎铁粉加入反应釜中,不断搅拌,进行还原反应制得。或者由氢气还原硝基苯制得。

5.直接取工业苯胺为原料于氮气气氛下,经同样的精馏也可得到试剂成品。成品须贮放于密闭棕色瓶内。为制备色谱纯苯胺,可用氮气作载气,在装有Apiezon L或SE30/白色硅藻土担体固定相柱的制备气相色谱仪上注入工业苯胺,经分离收集其主峰组分,然后装入玻璃 瓿瓶中密封即可。

6.硝基苯通过催化加氢还原或用铁粉还原:

生成的苯胺可与草酸反应成苯胺草酸盐,然后经提纯后用碱处理,再于氮气气氛下经精馏收集183~185℃间馏分。

7.苯酚氨化法:在酸性二氧化铝催化剂存在下,用苯酚和氨于370℃和1.6MPa压力下反应。该工艺原料易得,生产方法简单,催化剂廉价,产品质量好,并且不会产生造成空气污染的气体或大量的水。苯酚转化率大于99%,苯胺收率在96%以上。催化剂稳定性好,不必再生,又可联产二苯胺。因此,该法适用于大规模连续化生产并可根据需要联产二苯胺。但其成本受到苯酚的影响,只有在苯酚供应充足而廉价,且要求苯胺质量较高、投资较少时才采用本法。
