β-1,3,4-葡聚糖酶催化β-葡聚糖水解成低分子量葡萄糖聚合物,从而降低食糜的亲水性和粘度,消除抗营养的负面作用。β-1,3,4-葡聚糖酶可以改善饲料摄入量,提高动物产量,调节盲肠微生物群,提高饲料转化率[1]。
