[体外研究]

DL-AP4(500μM)通过关闭隔离棒双极电池中保持电位为-33 mV的离子通道来减少强直内向电流[1]。DL-AP4(0.1 M；1h)拮抗谷氨酸离子导入蝗虫肌膜受体的兴奋作用[2]。DL-AP4(化合物2)以2.5μM的表观Kd拮抗大鼠海马片外侧穿通通路中的兴奋性突触[3]。
