详细合成路线

乙基叔丁基醚制备

1.制法：

于装有搅拌器、温度计、滴液漏斗、分馏装置的反应瓶中，加入20%的硫酸1.2kg，二氧化硅0.5g，搅拌下加入乙醇450mL，加热至70℃，慢慢滴加叔丁醇350mL。同时有醚蒸出。控制馏出速度在0.5～0.75mL/min，柱顶温度在64℃左右。约10h加完，收集馏出液450mL左右。将馏出液水洗，无水碳酸钠干燥，再加入金属钠回流，以除去可能存在的醇。分馏，得乙基叔丁基醚^①(1)。注:①也可用用碳酸或硫酸氢钾作反应的催化剂。仲醇与叔醇反应可以生混合醚，此时可以使用弱催化剂，如硫酸氢钠、硫酸氢钾等，它们可以使叔醇脱水生成烯，烯再与仲醇发生加成反应生成混合醚。
