玻璃纤维制备

将硅石粉36.43%，石灰石粉19.70%，氧化铝14.5%，碳酸镁10.75%，萤石粉0.74%，碳酸钡0.43%，硼酸17％，亚砷酸0.45％等原料混合均匀，粒度在100～150目，放入槽炉中在1500℃的温度下熔解一昼夜，制成玻璃坯料。然后在纺丝炉中供给玻璃坯料，在炉的底部有100～200个小孔，从孔将熔融的玻璃以300m/min的高速度射出，制得长纤维，短纤维是将熔融状的玻璃通过吹入压缩空气或火焰等使其飞散即成短纤维。
