聚(三聚氰胺-co-甲醛)甲醇制备
模塑粉用树脂,通常采用三聚氰胺甲醛为1∶(2~3)(摩尔比)的比例配料,用三乙醇胺或六亚甲基四胺调节pH值为7~8,加热至80℃左右,待三聚氰胺完全溶解,然后在80℃左右反应至所需的程度为止。反应体系最终用三乙醇胺等碱性物质调节至pH值等于10左右。液体树脂在室温下贮存期较短(有时仅数天),因此工业上常将液体树脂经过喷雾干燥制成粉末树脂,后者在隔绝空气的条件下,可长期贮存。
