吡氟禾划灵是防治禾本科杂草和选择性芽后除草剂。用于棉花,大豆,油菜等大田,防除一年生和多年生杂草,效果显著。大鼠口服LD50为3000mg/kg,雄小鼠1490mg/kg,雌小鼠1770mg/kg。

吡氟禾草隆制备

主要有下列两种方法。1.先醚化法 由2-氯-5-三氟甲基吡啶与对苯二酚在碱性介质中反应制得相应的羟基醚,然后再和α-氯代丙酸丁酯缩合而得。2.后醚化法 先由对苯二酚和α-溴代丙酸丁酯缩合,所得产物再同2-氯-5-三氯甲基吡啶氟化而得。上述两种方法都需要中间体2-氯-5-三氟甲基吡啶,可由2-氯-5-三氯甲基吡啶氟化而得。
