氟啶脲

氟啶脲用途

【用途一】
苯甲酰脲类昆虫生长调节剂。以胃毒作用为主，兼有较强的触杀作用，渗透性较差，无内吸作用。杀虫机制是抑制壳多糖形成，阻碍害虫正常蜕皮，使卵孵、幼虫蜕皮、肾发育畸形以及成虫羽化、产卵受阻，从而达到杀虫的效果。该药剂活性高，作用速度较慢，在幼虫体内半衰期较长。该药剂是广谱性杀虫剂，对多种鳞翅目害虫及双翅目、直翅目、膜翅目害虫有效。对蔬菜上的昆虫有卓效，还可用于防治甘蓝、棉花、茶树、果树上的多种害虫。对蔬菜的小菜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、斜纹夜蛾、菜青虫等1～2龄幼虫，在盛发期用5%乳油2000～4000倍液喷雾，持效10～14d，杀虫效果达90%以上。如棉铃虫卵孵盛期，用5%乳油1000～2000倍液喷雾，7d后杀虫效果80%～90%。以推荐浓度施用时，对作物都不产生药害，对蜜蜂及非靶益虫安全。
【用途二】
是1982年由日本石原公司开发的一种苯甲酰脲类几丁质抑制剂。它具有很高的杀虫活性，是一种高效、低毒、与环境相容的农药品种，将成为替换当前使用高毒杀虫剂主要品种之一。

氟啶脲制备

1.以2,6-二氯苯腈为原料，氟化钾为氟化剂，反应得到2,6-二氟苯腈。也可采用季铵盐、季盐、冠醚、聚醚等为相转移催化剂制备2,6-二氟苯腈。然后2,6-二氟苯腈与水在硫酸为催化剂的作用下进行亲核加成反应，得到相应的盐，经处理得到2,6-二氟苯甲酰胺。该化合物与光气作用制得2,6-二氟苯甲酰异氰酸酯，然后与4-（3-氯-5-三氟甲基吡啶-2-氧基）-3,5-二氯苯胺作用，制得氟啶脲。
