钡用途

【用途一】
广泛用于合金,有铅、钙、镁、钠、锂、铝及镍等合金。用于清除无线电真空管中残留的微量气体。
【用途二】
用于制钡盐、合金、焰火、核反应堆等,也是精炼铜时的优良除氧剂。用于ICP-AES、AAS、AFS、ICP-MS、离子色谱等。滴定分析用标准溶液。校准仪器和装置;评价方法;工作标准;质量保证/质量控制;其他。
【用途三】
用于制钡盐、合金、焰火等;也是精制炼铜时的优良去氧剂。 钡是一种金属元素,银白色,燃烧时发黄绿色火焰。钡的盐类用做高级白色颜料。金属钡是铜精炼时的优良去氧剂:~餐(诊断某些食管、胃肠道疾患的检查方法,病人服硫酸钡后,用X射线透视或拍片)。 钡、锶、钙和镁同是碱土金属,也是地壳中含量较多的元素。不过钡和锶在地壳中的含量与钙、镁相比,还是较少的。再加上它们的化合物的实际应用不及钙和镁的化合物广泛。因此它们的化合物比钙和镁的化合物晚些被人们认识,只是戴维把钡和锶和钙、镁同时从化合物中电解分离出来。

钡合成路线

钡上下游产品

钡制备

1.铝热还原法:将硝酸钡热分解制得氧化钡,用细粒铝作还原剂,配料比按3BaO:2Al进行,把氧化钡和铝先制成团矿,将此团矿装入蒸馏器,加热至1150℃进行还原蒸馏,制得钡纯度为99%。

2.钡与钙锶相似,也可用铝热还原法制备。氧化钡由硝酸钡热分解得到。制造料坯按BaO∶Al=3∶2(摩尔比)配料,还原装置与操作步骤与锶、钙、镁的热还原法相同。冷凝器温度为500~700℃,还原温度1150℃。加热5小时得到的产品纯度可达97%~98%。取出钡时很容易着火。最保险的是在甲苯下进行此操作。钡的蒸馏纯制方法也与镁、钙相同。在1050℃下,40克粗制钡4小时蒸馏完毕,蒸馏三次之后纯度可达到99.6%。
