七水硫酸锌制备
1. 合成法反应器中先加入以18%硫酸溶解锌渣的稀溶液,在搅拌下加入氧化锌(或含锌原料)调成浆状。然后加人硫酸,在带搅拌的耐酸反应器中进行反应,控制Ph5.1即为反应终点,浓度约38°Bé。反应液经过滤,液加热至80℃,加人锌粉将铜、镉、镍等置换出来,再经过滤,滤液加热至80℃以上,加入高锰酸钾(或漂白粉)并加热至沸,将铁、锰等杂质氧化,过滤后滤液先经澄清,然后蒸发至49~52°Bé,经冷却结晶、离心脱水、干燥,制得七水硫酸锌。其
2. 在相对密度1.16的稀硫酸中缓慢加入锌料,温度控制在80~90℃,约2h后溶液Ph值达5.1~5.4,反应完毕,此时溶液相对密度约1.35;然后加入少量的高锰酸钾或漂白粉,使铁、锰氧化沉淀,过滤弃渣,滤液入置换桶,加入少量锌粉,在75~90℃下搅拌40~50min,置换出铜、铅、镉等重金属杂质。过滤后,滤液再用少量的高锰酸钾或漂白粉氧化,进一步除去少量的铁、锰,过滤得相对密度为1.28~1.32的硫酸锌溶液。此溶液冷却后在结晶锅中结晶2~3d,分离结晶,甩干后在40~50℃下烘干得成品。
