偏氟乙烯用途

【用途一】
主要用作氟树脂、氟橡胶的单体原料
【用途二】
1,1-二氟乙烯主要用来生产聚偏氟乙烯,将1,1-二氟乙烯以水为介质,过硫酸钾为引发剂,另加缓冲剂,在聚合釜中聚合,温度为50-95℃,压力在3MPa左右,得到的粉状聚物经洗涤、干燥即为成品。这是氟塑料中的机械强度高的产品,可用一般热塑性塑料加工方法成型。具有极好的耐气候性、化学稳定性、耐热性,可用作化工用管道、管件、阀门、泵和贮槽等衬里、防腐隔膜,化工机械用密封件、齿轮、轴承等。在电子电气工业中也有很多重要的用途。也用作特种溶剂。

偏氟乙烯上下游产品

偏氟乙烯制备

1.偏二氟乙烷氯化法 以干燥的乙炔在氟磺酸存在下与氢氟酸反应,生成1,1-二氟乙烷,经压缩、分馏、提纯,得精制1,1-二氟乙烷,将其与定量配比的氯气充分混合于650-680℃热解生成粗偏氟乙烯,再经压缩、分馏、提纯,得精单体。

2.其他方法 由于近年来氯氟烷替代物工业的发展,可采用以1,1,1-三氯乙烷一步反应制得1,1-二氟-1-氯乙烷,然后热裂解脱氯化氢。
