氢化锂制备

在干燥箱中把锂放入用不锈钢制成反应管中，加盖并抽真空，再通入氢气，在氢气压为1个大气压，温度为725 ℃下保持15 h之后，在继续通氢的情况下，进行冷却，从干燥箱中取出反应物，装入氮封的瓶里，保存于暗处，制得氢化锂纯度最高为99.8％。由纯净的金属锂和纯净的氢气可以制得纯度为99.8%的氢化锂。氰化锂的制备装置如图I-7所示：

在充满氩气的干燥箱中，将表面已被刮得很光洁的锂装在一个用电解铁制成的反应舟中，为了避免锂在熔融时会扩散透过铁，将反应舟装入一个电解铁制成的保护管中，再把保护管装进无缝钢管2中。通入氢气并升温至700℃，约15h，使反应进行完全。所得氢化锂在此温度为液态（熔点680℃），冷却后LiH为无色透明的粗粒结晶。俟其完全冷却之后，在CO2保护气氛中取出LiH，装入氮封的瓶里，保存于暗处。
