亚硫酸氢钠制备

1.在亚硫酸氢钠母液(含NaHSO3 40%，Ph值3～4)中缓缓加入纯碱，生成亚硫酸钠溶液(至料浆Ph值达7～8为终点)；此亚硫酸钠溶液于串联反应器(2～3只)中吸收由硫磺燃烧制得的SO2气体(10%～13%)，反应生成亚硫酸氢钠(反应温度不再上升即为终点)，反应过程中析出大量的结晶，经离心分离得含水分6%～10%的湿品，再经250～300℃的气流干燥脱水即得产品。反应方程式如下：


2.将二氧化硫通入冷碳酸钠饱和溶液，加入乙醇，经离心过滤，再用乙醇洗涤、干燥，得亚硫酸氢钠。
3.向冷的碳酸钠饱和水溶液中通入SO2，一直通到不产生CO2且溶液变为酸性为止。在操作过程中应充分冷却并注意隔绝空气。在上述操作中所制得的浓水溶液中加入大约等量的乙醇，即可析出大量亚硫酸氢钠结晶。抽滤并用乙醇洗涤结晶，将结晶置于滤纸上，在氮气流中进行干燥。

4.在碳酸钠饱和水溶液中通入二氧化硫气体反应后，经结晶脱水干燥而得。

5.在充分冷却并隔绝空气的条件下，将二氧化硫气体通入冷的碳酸钠饱和溶液中，进行反应：

当二氧化碳气体不再逸出时，停止通入二氧化硫，此时溶液应呈酸性，若有结晶析出，可稍加热溶解，然后在溶液中加入等体积乙醇，搅拌均匀后，静置，离心过滤，结晶再用乙醇洗涤，离心甩干后，在250～300℃下气流干燥即得成品。

6.用纯碱溶液吸收制酸尾气中的二氧化硫生成亚硫酸氢钠，经离心分离，在250～300℃进行气流干燥，制得亚硫酸氢钠。
