三氟化硼制备
1.氟硼酸钾、硼酐、硫酸法将氟硼酸钾和硼酐一起研磨均匀,按一定的配料比加入反应器中,再加入浓硫酸,不断搅拌,使固体和液体混合均匀,逐渐加热,到一定程度便有氟化硼产生。在温度达到40℃左右时,反应物开始沸腾,当温度达到93~130℃时,产生的气体最多。生成的氟化硼气体净化后进人收集器中。其反应方程式如下:
采用热分解法。以化学纯氟硼酸钠(含NaBF4 99%)为原料,加热到一定温度使氟硼酸钠分解,释放出三氟化硼气体,经净化后进入收集器中,制得高纯度三氟化硼。
2.第一部分:制备高纯度的三氟化硼
如图所示,将300g氟硼化钠(或287g氟硼化铵)和50g无水三氧化二硼放在一起研磨,然后将该混合物图制备高纯度三氟化硼的装置
A—烧瓶;B—标准锥形接口;C—水冷夹套;D—活塞;E—洗瓶;F—安瓿放在1L烧瓶中。加入约300mL浓硫酸,摇动烧瓶使固体和液体充分地混匀,在标准锥形接口B上使用一种润滑脂(用三氟化硼饱和1∶4石蜡与凡士林混合物,并在130℃下减压抽去过量的三氟化硼而制成)将烧瓶A连接到装置中,打开活塞D,将系统抽至真空;然后将D关闭,使产生的三氟化硼通过洗瓶E,E中装着饱和有三氧化二硼的浓硫酸,以洗除氢氟酸和水汽。将烧瓶微微加热。会产生泡沫,当泡沫停止发生时,给反应混合物强烈地加热。三氟化硼凝聚在若干安瓿F中,在一个安瓿的外部包浸以液态空气即能将三氟化硼气抽入这个安瓿中,同时使其他的安瓿温热起来使三氟化硼熔化而流至安瓿底部。将三氟化硼从一个安瓿蒸馏到另一个安瓿里去,弃去前段馏份和后段馏份,可以部分地把三氟化硼提纯。如果需用很纯的产品,可以用Booth与Bozarth(Booth and Bozarth:IndEngChem,29,470,1937)所提出的蒸馏柱来精馏三氟化硼。一次这样的蒸馏即可得到光谱纯的三氟化硼。
在实验过程中必须用全玻璃仪器和不含橡胶的活塞润滑脂,因为三氟化硼很容易侵蚀橡皮。在锥形接口的外面有循环水封来防止润滑脂的熔化是很重要的,因为它熔化后会造成漏气和会将磨砂表面黏结起来。在第一次产生三氟化硼时,有些三氟化硼会被用于使硫酸饱和,因为1体积硫酸能吸收约50体积的三氟化硼气。保留起这一部分三氟化硼,其产率几乎是定量的。
3.第二部分:制备作为催化剂的三氟化硼

A—烧瓶;B—标准锥形接口;C—水夹套冷却器;E—安德烈螺旋式洗瓶;T—捕集瓶;R—接受瓶;V—氯化钙瓶;S,S′—活塞当三氟化硼是为了用作有机反应的催化剂,而在此反应中杂质如SiF4不产生干扰时,可以用图9所示的装置。三氟化硼气仍照前法来发生。使它通过安德烈螺旋式洗瓶E,其中同样装有硫酸和三氧化二硼。然后通过空的捕集瓶T而通入到装有进行反应的有机化合物的接受瓶R中。过剩的三氟化硼则通过氯化钙管V而导入通风橱中。进行反应的有机化合物所吸收的三氟化硼的量可以随时加以测定,旋动三通活塞S使三氟化硼直接导至通风橱中,关上两只活塞S′使烧瓶R中的反应物和大气隔绝。在仪器中从G到G′的部分可以拆下并称重。
4.采用热分解法。以精制氟硼酸钠为原料,加入到热分解器中,加热到384℃时氟硼酸钠开始分解,释放出三氟化硼气体,经过净化后进入收集器中,制得高纯度三氟化硼。
