胺菊酯制备

胺醇的合成 将1,2,4,6-四氢化邻苯二甲酸杆和五氧化二磷混合在反应器中,反应温度200℃,反应结束减压蒸馏得3,4,5,6-四氢化邻苯二甲酸酐。然后将其与尿素反应,得3,4,5,6-四氢化邻苯二甲酰亚胺。将亚胺、37%甲醛溶液、1%氢氧化钠溶液混合,以二氯乙烷为溶剂,加热回流,冷却后分出有机层,水层用二氯乙烷萃取,萃取液登工有机层,并用水洗涤,减压蒸馏得粗胺醇。粗胺醇加甲苯溶解,冷却至室温使之结晶,过滤、干燥得结晶状胺醇。
菊酰氯的制备 将菊酸乙酯、液碱、乙醇在加热条件下回流皂化,pH>9,常压蒸出乙醇,加适量水,使菊酸钠溶解,再滴加10%盐酸,边搅拌加酸化,至水层pH≤2,分出有机层,水层用甲苯萃取,合并有机层,再水洗一次,蒸出甲苯得粗菊酸。将菊酸、三氯化磷和甲苯于50℃反应4h,分出亚磷酸,有机层减压脱溶,得粗菊酰氯。进一步减压蒸馏,收集96~98℃/2kPa馏分,得精菊酰氯。
胺菊酯的合成 加入胺醇、吡啶和甲苯,开动搅拌,微微加热,使胺醇全部溶解,冷却后,滴加菊酰氯甲苯溶液,滴毕于50~60℃反应2h。反应毕过滤,甲苯洗涤滤饼,合并滤液和洗涤液,用酸洗、碱洗、水洗至中性,减压脱溶,得胺菊酯原油,含量92%~93℃,收率92%以上。
