硅酸制备

1.将一定量的水玻璃（SiO₂ 22.9%～39%， Na₂O 8.6%～14.6%）加入反应釜中，再在搅拌下加少量硫酸充分溶解，然后再加入一定量的硫酸铝（Si/Al摩尔比为2︰5）。加水稀释至SiO₂侪为制备含量的0.5%～1.0%。充分搅拌，静止陈化1.5h即可得到活性硅絮凝剂。
