无水氯化亚锡制备
1.将市售的二水合氯化亚锡加热或在空气中于室温下干燥,会发生水解及氧化,得不到纯无水物。在通风橱内,将226g(1mol)SnCl2·2H2O一面搅拌下一面加入204g(2mol)(CH3CO)2O中,瞬间发生反应并放出大量热。静置15h,即有白色细小的结晶析出,抽滤分离出无水物,用无水乙醚(每次50mL)洗涤二次,除去醋酸。可在含醋酸酐的冰醋酸中重结晶,最后在真空干燥器中干燥。也有报道称,二水合氯化亚锡在氮气或干燥氯化氢气流中,在208~214℃温度下减压干燥可制得无水氯化亚锡。
2.在一次实验中,氯化亚锡产量3.1g,产率达90%。
3.锡溶于盐酸而得。
4. 在600毫升烧杯中,放入204克(189毫升,2摩尔)乙酐99-100%。一面用手搅拌,一面加入226克(1摩尔),化学纯的二水合二氯化锡结晶。这一操作应在通风橱中进行,因反应热能使乙醉沸腾。约1.5小时后,在大的布氏漏斗上过滤二氯化锡,用无水乙醚洗两次,每次用50毫升。在真空干燥器中干燥过夜。产量是定量的(189克)。在需用前可将产品保存在密闭瓶中,在油浴中将结晶的二氯化锡于195-200℃加热脱水而得的产品,在大多数情况下是满意的,但并不可靠。
