氟化硫醯基合成路线
氟化硫醯基制备
制法 3SOCl2+2SbF3→3SOF2+2SbCl3
反应在一四颈圆底烧瓶中进行。瓶上装有汞封搅拌器、温度计、滴液漏斗和冷凝管,冷凝管与两个带活塞的用干冰丙酮冷浴冷却的玻璃捕集器串联,然后与一支氯化钙干燥管相连。仪器的各部分在装配前应进行充分干燥,实验开始前用氮气吹扫装置。在氮气氛中将三氟化锑和五氯化锑放入反应瓶中(五氯化锑的用量要使反应混合物在反应温度下呈流体状态),氯化亚砜放入滴液漏斗中。在搅拌下用电热包将反应浆液加热至125℃,在保持加热的条件下,将氯化亚砜慢慢滴加到反应瓶中,控制滴加速度使温度保持在125~150℃。氯化亚砜加完后继续加热和搅拌半小时,使反应进行完全。
在捕集器中收集的无色液态产物可在玻璃蒸馏器中进行蒸馏提纯。
