硫酸镍铵,六水制备

1.将硫酸镍溶于水，用硫酸酸化，与硫酸铵饱和溶液混溶，冷却，硫酸镍铵结晶析出，用水及乙醇洗涤，干燥即得硫酸镍铵。

2.将100～120g (NH4)2CO3, 60g Na2HPO4·12H2O和10g NH4Cl的混合物在强烈搅拌下加入到300mL热水中，待大部分盐溶解后，将溶液冷却至室温，并用CO2饱和。将50g Ni(NO3)2·6H2O与上述溶液混合，并将混合物缓慢地加热至沸。这时起初生成的沉淀差不多完全溶解，否则再滴加氨水至溶液完全透明为止。将溶液煮沸15～30min，杂质Co2+以CoNH4PO4形式沉淀下来，而Ni仍留在溶液中。静置1h后过滤，向滤液中加入100mL 50%左右的硫酸，并加热蒸发浓缩至100～150mL。浓缩过程中已有部分(NH4)2SO4·NiSO4·6H2O析出，冷却后(NH4)2SO4·NiSO4·6H2O差不多完全析出。将母液倾出，结晶在过滤器中用水洗涤几次。将结晶溶解在尽量少的沸水中，添加100mL经用稀硫酸酸化过的饱和(NH4)2SO4溶液，冷却后过滤，结晶先用冷水洗涤几次，然后用乙醇洗涤。

3.用40份蒸馏水溶解10份工业硫酸镍铵，搅拌加热至90℃。根据杂质量加入30%的磷酸氢二铵，搅匀，加热至沸，维持15～20min，使钴生成磷酸铵钴沉淀，过滤。滤液中加入适量双氧水，加热至沸，用氨水调至中性，使铁生成氢氧化铁沉淀，过滤。滤液用硫酸调ph＝３，蒸发浓缩至结晶析出，冷却结晶，甩干，用无酸酒精洗涤一次，干燥后即得试剂硫酸镍铵。
4.将经酸化和过滤的硫酸镍和硫酸铵饱和溶液混合在一起，即刻有细小复盐析出，冷却后，离心甩干，并用冷水和乙醇洗涤即可。使用过程中对Co²⁺离子有要求的话，可按上法提纯。
