硫酸镍铵,六水制备

1.将硫酸镍溶于水,用硫酸酸化,与硫酸铵饱和溶液混溶,冷却,硫酸镍铵结晶析出,用水及乙醇洗涤,干燥即得硫酸镍铵。

2.将100~120g (NH4)2CO3, 60g Na2HPO4·12H2O和10g NH4Cl的混合物在强烈搅拌下加入到300mL热水中,待大部分盐溶解后,将溶液冷却至室温,并用CO2饱和。将50g Ni(NO3)2·6H2O与上述溶液混合,并将混合物缓慢地加热至沸。这时起初生成的沉淀差不多完全溶解,否则再滴加氨水至溶液完全透明为止。将溶液煮沸15~30min,杂质Co2+以CoNH4PO4形式沉淀下来,而Ni仍留在溶液中。静置1h后过滤,向滤液中加入100mL 50%左右的硫酸,并加热蒸发浓缩至100~150mL。浓缩过程中已有部分(NH4)2SO4·NiSO4·6H2O析出,冷却后(NH4)2SO4·NiSO4·6H2O差不多完全析出。将母液倾出,结晶在过滤器中用水洗涤几次。将结晶溶解在尽量少的沸水中,添加100mL经用稀硫酸酸化过的饱和(NH4)2SO4溶液,冷却后过滤,结晶先用冷水洗涤几次,然后用乙醇洗涤。

3.用40份蒸馏水溶解10份工业硫酸镍铵,搅拌加热至90℃。根据杂质量加入30%的磷酸氢二铵,搅匀,加热至沸,维持15~20min,使钴生成磷酸铵钴沉淀,过滤。滤液中加入适量双氧水,加热至沸,用氨水调至中性,使铁生成氢氧化铁沉淀,过滤。滤液用硫酸调ph=3,蒸发浓缩至结晶析出,冷却结晶,甩干,用无酸酒精洗涤一次,干燥后即得试剂硫酸镍铵。
4.将经酸化和过滤的硫酸镍和硫酸铵饱和溶液混合在一起,即刻有细小复盐析出,冷却后,离心甩干,并用冷水和乙醇洗涤即可。使用过程中对Co2+离子有要求的话,可按上法提纯。
