氟化锂制备
中和法是以碳酸锂或氢氧化锂与氢氟酸反应制备氟化锂。其反应式如下:
2.用碳酸锂与氢氟酸反应。
在铂皿中加入40%的氢氟酸,再将纯净的碳酸锂慢慢加入,时有二氧化碳放出,加热将溶液蒸干并强烈灼烧,赶尽CO2和水分,趁热用铂杵将干涸的氟化锂粉碎,装入塑料瓶中保存。
3.采用中和法。碳酸锂或氢氧化锂与氢氟酸反应制得氟化锂,经过滤、干燥制得产品。
4.将99.9%的金属锂溶于电导水中,然后在不断搅拌下,慢慢加入纯氢氟酸,使沉淀慢慢析出:
当溶液由碱性变为酸性时,停止加酸,静置0.5h,抽滤后用不含二氧化碳的电导水洗涤沉淀,然后于300~400℃下灼烧,冷却后即得高纯品。氟化锂海关
