氯化镍六水合物制备
反应释出的氧化氮气体,用氨水吸收,可制成硝酸铵副产品。
2.含镍废料法 将含镍废料(下脚屑)加人酸解器与硝酸进行酸解反应,生成硝酸镍溶液,加入硫代硫酸钠净化,除去铜、铅、锌等杂质。净化后溶液与烧碱溶液反应生成氢氧化镍,过滤后用水洗涤,把氢氧化镍加入反应器与盐酸进行酸化反应生成氯化镍,加入硫化氢,双氧水除去铁等杂质,把澄清液送去蒸发浓缩,经冷却结晶、离心分离,制得氯化镍成品。其反应方程式如下:
