1.由豆科植物大豆种子用溶剂提取油脂后，经除杂、脱色、脱臭以除去游离脂肪酸、磷脂、色素、臭味物质及其他微量非油脂物质后制得成品。
原料大豆→清选→烘干→破碎脱皮→软化→轧坯→浸出→混合油→蒸发→汽提→毛油→精炼→成品油
