氟苯脲制备

制备方法一2，6-二氟苯甲酰胺（制备方法见氟啶脲）与2，4-二氟-3，5-二氯苯基异氰酸酯加成制得氟苯脲。

制备方法二2，4-二氟-3，5-二氯苯胺的制备 2，3，4，5-四氯硝基苯与无水氟化钾在DMF溶剂中，于140℃反应15h，制得2，4-二氟-3，5-二氯硝基苯，然后还原得2，4-二氟-3，5-二氯苯胺。氟苯脲的合成 2，6-二氟苯甲酰异氰酸酯的制备见氟啶脲的制备。以甲苯为溶剂，将2，6-二氟苯甲酰异氰酸酯与2，4-二氟-3，5-二氯苯胺于室温下反应15h，合成氟苯脲。以1，2，4-三氯苯为原料，经硝化、氯化、还原、氟代、缩合五步合成氟苯脲的方法见参考文献[3]

3.由2,3,4,5-四氯硝基苯与无水氟化钾在DMF溶剂中反应，制得2,4-二氟-3,5-二氯硝基苯，然后还原得2,4-二氟-3,5-二氯苯胺，该物质再与2,6-二氟苯甲酰异氰酸酯反应，制得氟苯脲。
