[Tyr0]促肾上腺皮质激素释放因子,绵羊与血浆蛋白有很强的结合作用[1]。

[体内研究]

羊[Tyr0]促肾上腺皮质激素释放因子(328μCi/μg；198 pg/min或225 pg/mmin；连续静脉输注；单次剂量持续5-7小时)显示雄性食蟹猴的血浆半衰期长,代谢清除率低[1]。动物模型：幼成年雄性食蟹猴(4.0-6.9 kg)[1]剂量：10 mL/h,198 pg/min或225 pg/mmin给药：连续静脉输注；结果：与所有其他已知的下丘脑肽相比,血浆半衰期更长,其代谢清除率相对较低,显著低于所有其他已知下丘脑肽类或促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)。
