邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯用途
主要用作聚氯乙烯增塑剂,广泛用于塑料、橡胶、油漆及润滑油、乳化剂等工业中
【用途二】
可作为纤维素树脂、乙烯基树脂、丁腈橡胶和氯化橡胶等的增塑剂。增塑效能与DBP类似,但挥发性和水抽性比DBP大,可作为DBP的代用品。该品对农作物有毒害作用,不宜用于农用聚氯乙烯薄膜。该品低毒,大白鼠经口LD50为20-25g/kg。英国、荷兰、美国允许将该品用于食品包装材料中,英国规定在聚氯乙烯和氯乙烯共聚物的食品包装制品中,该品的最大用量不得超过40%。
【用途三】
DIBP为常用主增塑剂之一。可作为纤维素树脂、乙烯基树脂、丁睛橡胶和氯化橡胶等的增塑剂。增塑效能与DBP类似,具有优良有溶解性、分散性和粘着性。 本品与颜料的可上相溶性好,可用于着色薄膜,人造革和塑料制品,本品还可作为天然橡胶和合成橡胶的软化剂,可提高制品的回弹性。可做DBP的替代品使用。

邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯制备
1.苯酐和异丁醇在硫酸催化下,进行常压液相酯化反应,首先生成邻苯二甲酸单异丁酯,然后继续酯化,生成邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯。苯酐和异丁醇投料的质量比为1∶1.35~1∶1.4,硫酸为苯酐和异丁醇重量之和的0.3%。酯化时间需5~6h。反应物经5%的纯碱水溶液进行中和、真空蒸馏,回收过量的异丁醇,最后用活性炭脱色,经压滤即得成品。
